How to claim iLife/iWork on second hand Macbook Air

So, I recently joined my company a month ago and received this Macbook Air (Early 2014), updated with OSX El Capitan. However, the Macbook was previously used by another colleague who claimed the iLife/iWork bundle. Numbers and Pages are still installed, but not others within the bundle, such as Keynote, GarageBand, iPhoto, iMovie... etc. The ex-colleague claimed the bundle using her own AppleID. Is there anyway I could transfer or receive the bundle on this Mac? Would factory reset do any good? I need the keynote especially

Called up local apple support, not exactly helpful as they directed me to everywhere and ended up telling me to get the free "Bundle for iWork Free" app on appstore which are just templates and contents
